Emily Northrop, an economics professor at Southwestern University and member of the Citizens’ Climate Lobby, will speak about how 900 citizen lobbyists visited more than 500 Congressional offices on June 19 to build a path forward for climate policy. This presentation will explain the “carbon fee and dividend” policy and provide information about the CCL.
