University of Texas women’s basketball star Imani Boyette will speak at a program on sexual violence and abusive relationships. Boyette has spoken in national media about being sexually abused as a child. She will be joined by Chris Adams, a young adult from University United Methodist Church, who has written on the subject.
The event is sponsored by Voices of Tamar, a faith-based ministry addressing violence in relationships.
