A live recording of the KUT podcast “The Secret Ingredient” will feature Austin chef and restaurateur Hoover Alexander. Food and agriculture writers Raj Patel and Tom Philpott, along with host/producer Rebecca McInroy, will discuss gastronomic activism, gentrification, and Austin’s changing food scene with the owner of Hoover’s Cooking.
