Matt Mackowiak, chairman of the Travis County Republican Party, and Phillip Martin, executive director of the Texas House Democratic Caucus, along with moderator Mike Ignatowski, will discuss issues facing the legislature, including preferential voting (instant-runoff voting or ranked-choice voting), online voter registration, election security, and school finance and property taxation.
