On the heels of a federal court decision ruling that three of Texas’s congressional districts were drawn illegally, a panel will discuss “Should Politicians Choose their Voters, or the Other Way Around?” Panelists include Frances McIntyre, League of Women Voters, TX Redistricting Issues Chair; Harriet Harrow, Austin Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission; and Stefan Haag, retired professor of government at Austin Community College and ICRC member.
