American University School of International Service professor Sharon Weiner will speak on “’Strategic Stability’ in Two Nuclear Posture Reviews,” challenging some of the dogma on which U.S. nuclear policy is based.

Weiner, an expert on nuclear weapons strategy and currently a Visiting Research Scholar with the program on Science and Global Security at Princeton University, is the author of Our Own Worst Enemy? Institutional Interests and the Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Expertise.
