Three University of Texas graduates will discuss “The Press in the Trump Era: How Did We Get Here and How Do We Manage Now?” Panelists include Krissah Thompson, the Washington Post reporter who covered Michele Obama; Abby Livingston, Washington bureau chief of the Texas Tribune; and John Burnett, NPR’s national correspondent for the Southwest.

The event is sponsored by the UT campus chapters of the Society of Professional Journalists, National Association of Black Journalists, Asian American Journalists Association, and National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
