Common Ground for Texans will host a discussion of state constitutional amendments and city-county propositions on the ballot in the November election. Jessica Foreman from the League of Women Voters will explain the propositions, and state Rep. Vikki Goodwin will explain the amendments. Travis County Clerk Dana DeBeauvoir will tell us about the process of using the county’s new voting system.
