Taher Herzallah, an organizer with American Muslims for Palestine, will be discussing Palestinian civil society’s international call for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) of Israel. Activists, communities, and groups worldwide have responded enthusiastically to this non-violent method to liberate Palestine from occupation. The discussion will explore various ways the BDS movement manifests itself, what its goals and objectives are, and how to support it.
