The final program of the University of Texas Opportunity Forum’s 2015-16 Lunch Series on “Uniting Our Divided City” focuses on Austin’s persistent racial wealth divides. Speakers include: Mechele Dickerson, professor, UT School of Law; Ann Baddour, director, Fair Financial Services Project of Texas Appleseed; Don Baylor, senior associate, Urban Institute; Roy C.
