Doug Rossinow will speak on “Bringing It All Back Home: Austin in the Sixties, 50 Years Later” as part of the Rag Reunion.
Rossinow, a professor of history at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN, is the author of The Politics of Authenticity: Liberalism, Christianity, and the New Left (1998), Visions of Progress: The Left-Liberal Tradition in America (2009), and The Reagan Era: A History of the 1980s (2015). He has taught as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Oslo and is a past president of the Peace History Society.
