In “Pay 2 Play: Democracy’s High Stakes,” filmmaker John Ennis offers a layman’s guide to taking control of the political process. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Todd Jagger of Wolf Pac, Sara Stewart of TexPIRG, and Joanne Richards of Common Ground for Texans.
