This University of Texas Opportunity Forum’s Lunch Series program will focus on the growing resource demands for urbanization, water, transportation options, and energy. The discussion will be moderated by Lourdes Rodríguez, Director of the Center for Place-Based Initiatives at Dell Medical School. Panelists include Michael Young, Senior Research Scientist and Associate Director for Environment Division, Bureau of Economic Geology, Jackson School of Geosciences; Nicole Joslin, Executive Director, Austin Design and Development Center; Marla Torrado, Program Coordinator, Austin Design and Development Center; Marc Coudert, Environmental Program Manager, City of Austin Office of Sustainability; and Celine Rendon, Summer 2018 Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Fellow City of Austin Office of Sustainability and UT student in Environmental Science.
