Jemele Hill, an Emmy Award-winning journalist who left ESPN after controversy over her criticism of President Trump, will speak about the intersections of sports, race, and culture. The event is the keynote for the University of Texas’ Black Student-Athlete Summit 2020.

The event, sponsored by the LBJ Foundation and the Heman Sweatt Center for Black Males at the University of Texas, is free but registration is required. Tickets, which must be presented for admission, are available online. More information online.
