The documentary “El Susto” tells the story of how Mexican advocates instituted world’s first significant sugary drink tax. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with local experts, including American Heart Association Chief Medical Officer Eduardo Sanchez; Pilar Zazueta and Raj Patel from the University of Texas; and Simon Barquera of the National Institute of Public Health.
