This year’s Texas Observer annual Rabble Rouser will feature entertainment by Rosie and the Ramblers and keynote speakers Sen. Wendy Davis and Rep. Mary Gonzalez. There will also be a silent auction that includes a villa in Portugal — all to raise funds for the long time progressive magazine The Texas Observer.
