Undocumented immigrants are participating in a ride for justice from Arizona to the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina. Along the way they will be stopping in various cities, including Austin, to tell their stories and to encourage community members to get involved in the struggle for migrant justice.

Participants in the ride and local organizers will be leading a teach-in on immigration detention and how to join a detention visitation program.

The event is sponsored by Texans United for Families, the Hutto Visitation Program, Grassroots Leadership, Detention Watch Network, and First Unitarian Universalist Church.
